GERMANY’S OLDEST BREAD BRAND IS BACK

Our Steinmetz bakers bake STEINMETZ breads by Stefan Steinmetz’s original recipes from 1892, using the purest, cleanest STEINMETZ whole grain. The milling pioneer not only invented the renowned STEINMETZ process, but also these four bread recipes, and thus what is certainly the oldest bread brand in Germany.

With these products he wished to open up all of the benefits of his flour to the consumer. He strived for the total enjoyment of bread with aromatic whole grain, high nutritious value, purity, and health benefits. By reviving his recipes we are creating a flavour of bread that our grandparents once knew – and we are bringing it to your home.

This is how bread used to taste. Completely free of all additives and tricks used in many modern bakeries.
